We’re looking for an Operations Specialist to work closely with our St. Louis business team. As our organization grows, we must have an “all hands on deck attitude” from office management to strategy execution to marketing. The candidate hired for this position should be highly motivated, analytical, and organized with an entrepreneurial spirit and knowledge and knack for the craft beer industry.

Position Responsibilities

  • Offer office support as an administrative partner to STL business team
  • Assist in concept and content development of marketing efforts, including social media, newsletters and swag distribution
  • Manage calendars, expenditures, and execution of annual beer or yeast events; attend as an Omega Yeast representative
  • Initiate and nurture relationships with brewer customers
  • Curate, manage and update web content as necessary


  • BS degree in Business Administration, concentrations in Management, Marketing, or closely related field preferred
  • 1-2 years professional or business internship experience preferred
  • Passion for and knowledge of craft beer and the craft beer industry
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule including occasional weekend events
  • Willingness to travel
  • Basic MS Word, Powerpoint, and Excel experience
  • Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop experience a plus
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
