This tropical treasure is the work of our IPA aficionado and in-house brewer, Nik Allen. Inspired by the iconic piña colada, Bananza Ale (OYL-400) & our Lacto Blend (OYL-605) provide a fruit smash of a backdrop for modern hops, pineapple puree, & lime juice. This beer is a beach sipper, with or without a paper umbrella.

2 oz — Sabro, Type: Pellet, AA: 13, Use: DH on Day 7 of fermentation
2 oz — Motueka, Type: Pellet, AA: 15, Use: DH on Day 7 of fermentation
2 oz — El Dorado, Type: Pellet, AA: 15, Use: DH on Day 7 of fermentation
