Yeast Thumb 2

An enthusiastic top cropper from Düsseldorf, the Alt strain ferments at low temperatures with a clean, low ester profile. Light fruit emerges at higher temperatures. This strains features quick maturation and yeast stays in suspension. There's little to no diacetyl produced. For similar profile but different fermentation kinetics, you could also try Kolsch II (OYL-044) or even West Coast Ale I (OYL-004).
