A powdery low flocculator, the Danish Lager strain produces a crisp and dry, soft and round profile that’s great for supporting hop flavors. It ferments relatively cool and attenuates low. Allow for long conditioning to help clear. It is good in Dortmund lagers, Munich helles, and American lagers.
