As we have grown in sheer scale of production, we have invested in innovation and that includes expanding our lab with state-of-the-art analytical equipment. Whether it’s beer specs, flavor profiling, microbiology testing, or strain banking, our services provide the tools you’ll need for consistent, clean, and fresh brews.

If you’re not sure what service you may need, just give our Lab Services Team a shout. Several members of our lab are TTB certified chemist to help ensure that your beers are hitting the targets you were aiming for.
Strain Banking
Have your own proprietary strain but no way to store or prop it up? We also offer private strain banking for a one-time $50 charge. Just send us a sample of your yeast strain, and we’ll freeze it until you’re ready to prop!
Certified & Safe
All our testing procedures follow methods established by the American Society of Brewing Chemists (ASBC). Multiple laboratory personnel are certified by the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) to conduct testing for ABV, extracts, IBUs, color, and pH. All customer strains remain proprietary to the owner and are not used, given or sold to any other party unless consent from the customer is given.
