Tartango is engineered with Zing technology, which enables the yeast to produce its own lactic acid during fermentation without the need to kettle sour. Building on the traits of the Voss Kveik parent strain, Tartango exhibits a distinctive citrus character to complement its refreshing acidity. Dry-hopping will promote haziness.
