With Sundew Ale (OYL-401) being a high attenuator and flocculator, we knew we had to try it in an old school West Coast IPA. Using one of our favorite blends of hops: Mosaic, Cashmere, and Strata, we were aiming to complement Sundew’s distinctive juicy characteristics and we did just that. Perfect for those who love the IPAs of yesteryear.
