“Chico” at its best form. This workhorse utilizes DKO^™ and Lumina^™ Technologies, which gives you clean, crystal-clear beer without lingering diacetyl or haze. The yeast is well attenuative and moderately flocculating, with crisp, citrus notes when fermented under 66°F (19°C). US only.
